Service Description

Little ELM Studio provides mixed-media art curation and collage services. By commissioning our services, you agree to enter into a collaboration where the artist, Elisse Lara, will transform provided artwork into a new, unique physical and/or digital masterpiece.

Commission Process

1. Artwork Submission

Clients are responsible for providing high-quality digital images or safely delivering physical artwork to the studio. Little ELM Studio is not liable for materials lost or damaged during transit to the studio.

2. Design & Revisions

The curation process is an artistic endeavor. We provide one digital review step where clients can provide feedback before final assembly. Major changes requested after the review step may incur additional fees.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the studio queue. The remaining balance is due upon approval of the digital draft and before the physical final piece is shipped or delivered.

Artist Copyright & Marketing

While you retain rights to the underlying child's artwork, the final collage design and composition are the intellectual property of Little ELM Studio. By commissioning our services, you grant us explicit permission to edit, alter, color-correct, and physically cut or modify the provided artwork for the purpose of creating the final piece. We reserve the right to use images of the finished work and recordings of the curation process for our portfolio, social media, website, and to solicit further business. We do not have the right to print or redistribute the completed work for sale to third parties without your explicit written permission.

Shipping & Delivery

Physical pieces are carefully packaged and insured for shipping. In the rare event of damage during delivery, clients must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate an insurance claim and resolution process.

Refund Policy

Due to the highly customized and labor-intensive nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once the curation process has begun. We are committed to working with you during the review phase to ensure you love the final direction of the piece.
